We are just 2 minutes walk from the railway station, which offers quick and easy access to Harrogate(8 minutes by train) and its International conference and exhibition centres.
Directions
By TRAIN.
We are 2 minutes from Knaresborough railway station.
Take Water bag bank to the left of the Mitre pub.
At the bottom turn left onto Waterside.
Teardrop cottage is the first property on the left.
By CAR.
From Harrogate: Take the A59 to Knaresborough and Mother Shiptons cave tourist attraction. Continue down the hill and over the bridge, turning sharp right into waterside, directly BEFORE the worlds end pub and drive for 500 yards. Teardrop cottage is on the left, 30 yards before the viaduct.
From the A1:Exit the A1, at junction 47,and follow the A59 to Harrogate and Knaresborough. After approx 2/3 miles, turn right at the roundabout, sign posted to Knaresborough. Drive through the town, turning left at the mini roundabout at the very end of the high street…continue down the hill going straight ahead at the next mini roundabout. Turn sharp left into Waterside, directly after the worlds end pub and pedestrian crossing, and BEFORE the bridge and drive for 500 yards. Teardrop cottage is situated on the left, 30 yards before the viaduct.
You can also type in the Worlds end pub HG5 9AU into your sat nav.
PLEASE NOTE.Please do NOT use the main property post code HG5 9AZ as it directs you the wrong way into waterside,where the road is blocked and gives you NO ACCESS to Teardrop cottage.
Enter Waterside there and drive for 500 yards past Water bag bank with the river on your right until you approach the viaduct
Teardrop cottage is 30 yards before it on the left.
Parking is free at or next to the property.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE SPACES BEFORE THE VIADUCT.(no parking painted on the drive/these are private parking places for the Old manor house/thank you)
Early arrivals can be checked in and use the guest lounge or roof terrace.
