All bookings be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total value of the booking.

In the event of a cancellation of a booking more than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date then no further fees will be payable.

In the event of a cancellation of a booking less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date then the full amount of the booking will be due unless the room can be re-sold.

This will be taken from the credit card you provided at the time of booking. Please note the deposit is non-refundable but can be moved to another date.
